The best information beforehand: The PRACHT ALPHA wallbox is prepared for all possible infrastructures on site and can be connected in every household and company! The ALPHA PRACHT can be quickly adjusted to all circumstances and only requires one supply line for two charging points. The integrated personal protection switch for electric mobility offers maximum safety. Additional series installation devices within the house electrics are not necessary.

The PRACHT ALPHA has an intelligent load management system that enables the simultaneous charging of two e-cars as needed at any time. Even if only limited power is available, the maximum available charging power is intelligently distributed to both charging points – without any additional installation effort in the home electronics. Simply install, put into operation immediately and charge 2 times. That’s what the PRACHT ALPHA stands for.
Two charging points with only one supply line
In many garages, the electrical installation is limited to only one supply line and the cable cross-section is too small for simultaneous charging of two e-cars. This is where the PRACHT ALPHA pays off in particular: Thanks to intelligent load management, the PRACHT ALPHA gets by with only one supply line and can safely charge two cars at the same time. This saves the costs of installing and protecting a second supply line.
Intelligent distribution of charging power
The maximum 32 amps of charging power are rarely available, only less. The intelligent load management of the PRACHT ALPHA automatically detects the respective maximum power limit. If two cars are charging at the same time, the available amps are distributed equally to both charging points. 16 amps of charging power are thus divided into 2 x 8 amps, for example. The total charging time for two e-cars is optimised and unpleasant delays are prevented. Empty batteries are avoided – and most importantly: simultaneous charging simply works.
Smart solution for power limitations
The PRACHT ALPHA also becomes a problem solver when power is limited in the house or flat. If, for example, electricity suppliers impose a short-term power limit on the charging current, the intelligent load management optimally distributes the available current to both charging points.
Overload protection and external control
The load management of the PRACHT ALPHA prevents an overload of the power grid. Only the maximum available power is consumed so the power circuit is less loaded. The PRACHT ALPHA XT model also has an integrated digital interface that enables an external control of the intelligent load management.

Flat-rate billing via household electricity
If the wallbox PRACHT ALPHA is connected to the flat meter, no separate billing with your energy supplier is necessary. You can charge your electric vehicle at the household electricity rate.

Flat-rate reimbursement of expenses for employees
You can have the electricity costs for your privately used company car reimbursed by your employer via a monthly tax-free lump sum. Itemised receipts are not required. Alternatively, the monetary benefit from the private use of the company car can be reduced accordingly.

Exact consumption billing with the employer
Using a separate electricity meter, the electricity consumed can be measured separately from the household consumption. You can forward the monthly invoice to your employer.

Particularly in partially public areas, such as at the private house, on the public road, or in accessible yards, such as company car parks, user legitimisation may be desirable so that controlled access to the charging pole is guaranteed.
The PRACHT ALPHA can optionally be upgraded with the RFID Module, whilst it’s standardised in the PRACHT ALPHA XT version. This allows you to prevent unauthorised third-party use of the wallbox. Only authorised owners are given access to the charging station via a contactless RFID card.
